In our life, we are busy with so many things and so many people. We always complain that, we don't get time for ourselves and that make us feel lost and confused. It destroys our strength to know what we should do and what we should not do. We get attached with so many people and make them a part of our life. People do many things in their life without understanding that, doing so many things they are just reducing their efficiency to do a single work perfectly and they are making their life more complicated. By getting attached with so many people we get confused and become unable to understand which relation is most important for us and require our more time. By getting closed with many people our expectations from them increases and when these expectations are not fulfilled, disappointment overloads.
The simple solution to this problem is setting our priorities. In reality, neither we have many things to do nor many people to make relation with. Everyone should understand which person and which relation is important in their life. They should learn to set their time for 'THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON', 'THE MOST IMPORTANT WORK' and at last 'THE MOST IMPORTANT THEMSELVES'.
Giving time to oneself doesn't mean jogging, taking your dog for walk or doing social networking, rather it means seating alone with closed eyes and thinking what are you doing and what you want to do. Self observation is very important for getting right path. It helps to analyse our path and our work.
'PRIORITIES GIVE US RIGHT DIRECTION TO GO BUT A LIST OF PRIORITIES ONLY MAKE US LOST'.
